HOW TO REGISTER

You can choose one of two ways to register for the HORNET SOCCER CAMP. Please read the following instructions carefully for each registration method.

On-Line Registration

To register on-line, please:

1. Fill out the On-Line Registration Form
2. Download and print the required Medical Form. **
3. E-Mail a copy of the completed Medical Form to hornetsoccercamp@gmail.com and mail your check or cash, checks made payable to "SUNY Broome Department of Athletics (please note 2025 SOCCER CAMP in the memo)" to:

4. A Letter of Acceptance will be E-MAILED to you upon receipt of your Registration Form.

 

Mail-In Registration

To register by mail, please:

1. Please choose "Registration Form" menu button. Print page and fill out form. Registration forms are also available at SUNY Broome Athletics Office, Greater Binghamton Sports Complex, and the 434 Sports Complex.
2. Download and print the required Medical Form. **
3. Mail the completed Registration Form, Medical Form and a copy of your insurance card along with your check or cash, checks made payable to"SUNY Broome Department of Athletics (please note 2025 SOCCER CAMP in the memo)" to:

4. A Letter of Acceptance will be E-MAILED to you upon receipt of your Registration Form and check or money order.

** If you are unable to download the Medical Form, contact Coach Chris Grafton to request that a form be mailed to you.
